I love listening to the weather forecast here because it includes words like "blustery" and "dismal" and other equally encouraging words.
We picked up a local newspaper on our afternoon walk (while it was sunny!) and the weather forecast for a day this week reads...
"A mostly cloudy day, but chance of the odd sunny interval."
Oh, that made me chuckle so.
Hope your week, wherever you are, has the "odd sunny interval!"

Okay, that is totally funny! I love hearing "cultural" things!
My favourite from living there was, "milky sunshine"
Have a great day!!!
I DO need an odd sunny interval. Bring it on! By the way...we can't come see you (if you didn't see the blog). Sigh. Now we've decided that the boys and I aren't even going to go over there with Tad b/c it would be so hard for me to handle taking care of all three of them away from home--difficult enough when everyone is healthy. So he'll rely on airline personnel (yikes!) and his colleagues in Italy (double yikes!) to help him. Maybe next year....
I love the pictures that they put on the weather forecasts here. The one with a cloud with raindrops plus the sun peeking out from behind just cracks me up. I'm thinking they'd never fire the weatherman because they'll at least get something right! :)
