I'm Soaring....Flying...

Ok, sorry couldn't resist. I've just watched, for the first time, High School Musical. I've seen the 2nd one several times, but never the original. I feel complete now that I know how Troy and Gabriella met and I'm glad he's finally reached a point in his life where he can be up front with his friends about his singing. Being the daughter of a high school basketball coach myself, I can totally "feel" the movie. I wanted Marc to get up and do the last dance routine with me, but he wouldn't go for it. :)

And now I'm just slightly embarrassed that I've admitted to seeing High School Musical 2 several times. So while I'm at it, I'll just tell you that we were trying to keep the girls quiet today while we watched Hannah Montanna. Gasp!

If you can't tell, this has been a S.L.O.W. week being the Easter holidays. Schools are out for the end of term for 2 weeks and that means Marc has not been teaching! So it's been nice to have more family time this week.

We spent a day this week at one of our favorite castle ruins, Raglan Castle, with some friends. We have been friends with this sweet couple since we lived in Pontypool and we had our children at about the same time, so it's always fun to get together with them!

Cerys and this sweet boy were born 10 weeks apart!

All the girls! Bailey and her were born about 6 weeks apart!

I'm not a Hannah Montana fan, but I love HSM and HSM2. My kids love it too and that's the reason I've seen both of them 9000 times! I often borrow my daughter's ipod (I don't have one, but my 9 year old does!!!) and listen to the soundracks while jogging on the treadmill. It's catchy stuff!

The castle ruins are beautiful! I love that you have some good friends there!

I haven't seen EITHER HS Musical movie. You are NOT the first person I've heard (read) blogging about them. I think I'd like to see them.

Speaking of BB - - - my beloved WI Badgers lost, NO were SQUASHED by this year's "Cinderella" team in the NCAA Sweet Sixteen game tonight I'm CRUSHED.

Davidson deserved the win though, no doubt about that.
