We are having our Thanksgiving meal tomorrow with 18 gap year students, 9 Americans and 9 British. We are really looking forward to it. I'm in charge of the turkey and ham (gulp) and making two desserts. I better get off this computer and get busy! No, first Bailey and I have to go to a birthday party. Then I will cook this afternoon and evening.
We are thankful for our families and their support! And for Skype that allowed us to see each other via webcam- the girls sang and danced for my parents and put on quite a show! It was hilarious.
Happy (late) Thanksgiving and happy shopping!

Well, I haven't been to bed yet. I packed for our trip to Lufkin, made Enchilada Soup to take with us, then was in Toys R Us at 2am and that was RIDICULOUS!!!! At 2am, one man said he had been in the checkout line for 2 hours and was only half way through the line. It went from the front of the store, weaved up and down every asile to the back of the store!! Nothing was worth saving a few dollars on to wait in that line. Vista Ridge mall was buzzing at 4am and by 4:30, I had made my purchases, stopped at Starbucks on the way home, now time to load the car and get on the road. Oh yeah, there were probably 800 people in line at the Target when I went by which was to open at 5am. I'll wait and pay more instead of hanging out with those people!! Now I'm realy sleepy!! Enjoyed watching the girls today. Love you!
